Tom has been my Personal Trainer for over 2 years. I'm a fitter more confident person. He helped me achieve my goals having dropped 2 dress sizes. Without his help I would not be where I am today, his belief in me spurred me on to achieve things I never thought possible. Would recommend him to anyone that wants to loose weight, get fit or tone up. An excellent all rounder with great knowledge. Training ... moreis no longer a chore. 10/10 Tom :-)
