Biography/Highlights:

Being involved in sports from an early age and bodybuilding for the past 10 years i have hands on personal experience in many different training methods and techniques.

It gives me great pleasure using my passion for fitness to help people progress and achieve their personal goals.

I specialise in working with males who seek to improve their body and fitness but more importantly self confidence.

Every client is different so i work within their own personal limits and experience to gradually build strength, muscle and self esteem.

Payment: Payment accepted.
Cancellation Policy: Standard Policy
  • Cancellations made 5 days before Lesson Date will be fully refunded except for a service fee of 4%.
  • Cancellations made 2 days before Lesson Date will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made at a later date will not be refunded.

The reason for me to sign up with a personal trainer was the commitment that comes from with a dedicated fitness programme, as well as the actual necessity for me to get fitter / stronger. stress placed on my lower back was essential.

Really a mind-set, when you are fitter and stronger both in body and
mind you are more agile and able to commit to a greater variety of
opportunities and commitments both professionally and personally.

Without a coach there is far less commitment to go to the gym with
sessions cancelled or delayed due to work commitments, weather or just
plain laziness.

From the first time we met I soon realized that your approach and
knowledge was such that I had total respect and confidence going
forward. Terence, you put through my paces but I never had an issue at
any stage. Since you leaving Nuffiled Health I have not had the same
level of confidence.

Since our coaching sessions came to a close your fitness drive has
re-kindled the old spark in the old head which has enabled me to once
again cycle to the office doing around 50 miles a week.

Should anyone ask for a recommendation from me to engage you as a
coach, the answer is an emphatic ‘YES’ and just to repeat, I have total
confidence in your coaching ability, fitness programmes that have
enabled me once again to have the mind-set to enjoy more competitive
sporting activities

liked the look of the Vault and it was close to work, so I got in touch
and this great guy called Terence emailed me back. The rest is history.Before
I started training, I think I was overestimating how healthy I was. Its
only when you start training that you realise what level of fitness you
are at. Same with my eating habits - exercising makes it less appealing
to eat a pastry-based breakfast everyday.
