Being involved in sports from an early age and bodybuilding for the
past 10 years i have hands on personal experience in many different
training methods and techniques.
It gives me great pleasure using my passion for fitness to help people progress and achieve their personal goals.
I specialise in working with males who seek to improve their body and fitness but more importantly self confidence.
Every client is different so i work within their own personal limits
and experience to gradually build strength, muscle and self esteem.
