I was born and grew up in Poland where I developed a keen interest in sports and fitness from a young age. After college I turned my attention to studying at the Academy of Sports Science. During that time my life began to take a slightly different path and after moving to the UK I decided to take further studies in Personal Training and Fitness Instructing at Premier Training International; which is the leader in the area.
After graduation I found that I had the right qualifications in order to become a fully-fledged personal trainer and fitness instructor. I brought my enthusiasm to the world of fitness training and developed my skills to allow for others to make changes to their own life.
I am REPs certified Personal Trainer qulified with Premier International Training.
