I am an enthusiastic, motivating, friendly and reliable individual who intends to achieve no less than the results that you desire. I am a Level 4 qualified personal trainer, and combining this with having a Biomedical Science degree, it gives me a solid understanding of both Human and Sports Physiology, to adjust your personal training accordingly.
Whether you are looking to increase your fitness, energy levels, reduce your percentage body fat or just tone up, I am here to help. I offer specific nutrition advice tailored to each individual. I can help you safely lose weight, put on muscle, recover quicker from exercise, have more energy, better mood and quality of sleep, increase your longevity and also help manage any metabolic/health condition you may have.

In the sessions you can expect
- An effective cardio warm up with dynamic stretches
- Multiple exercise circuits that target all parts of your body
- A fun and fast paced padwork workout to finish the session
- A cardio cool down followed by specific muscle stretches
Training location
I enjoy training people outside, but I also specalise in small area and minimal equipment training. I can train you in a park, garden, living room, office, conservatory, small flat, pretty much anywhere!
Session prices
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm are £50. Before 9am and after 5pm as well as weekends are £60.
*I offer a lunctime special of 45 minutes for £45. Time slots 12:00-12:45 and 1:15-2:00 are available*
