This seat post was pulled from a Specialized Epic Expert that I purchased new. It is a 30.9mm diameter. 400mm length. There are a few cosmetic scratches on the lower portion. I have included close up pictures to show all of these details. For history, the bike had about 1 year of use in Tucson before moving to Austin and has been idle since. This is a used Thomson Masterpiece Setback Black Seatpost 31.6 diameter and 350mm long. It was installed in my road bike and rode for 50 miles max. It has minor signs of use where the most significant one is a zigzag mark from installation(forgot to apply grease) This mark is close to the end of the seatpost but above the max insert line. So if you are very tall it may be exposed(I'm 6 ft) It is shown in 2 of the pictures, please check. I have a Campy Record Titanium Seat Post. 27.2. It is in great shape, although the picture I have didn't turn out too well. It has scratches on the inserted part, but the upper is shiny and clean, the clamp is in perfect shape, and the stamp on the back that says Record is faded but still there. It's for sale due to the loss of the frame it was on(it died a horrible death) and I no longer need it. 27.2 Specialized S-Works FACT carbon seat post for sale. It is about 260 mm from the bottom of the post to the top of the Zertz insert. This post is in overall good shape with the exception of one of the seat rail clamps. There is a very tiny crack in one of those clamps which I have tried to show in the pictures. You might be able to just order a replacement of that tiny clamp from Specialized. I bought this seat post used and the previous owner never mentioned the flaw to me. This VERY strong and VERY light weight THOMSON seat post is in FAIR to GOOD condition cosmetically. As the pictures show there are LOTS of TINY paint dings. A noticeable scratch or two, a few larger rubbed areas from sliding into the seat tube and a couple of worn corners in the seat clamp area, but no rust, creases or dents. That said. It actually looks pretty good when mounted, and could look REALLY GOOD with some new paint, but I did not paint it so that you can view the pics and see the actual existing signs of use for yourself.
