Up for auction is a nice Mongoose Pro Class aluminum alloy 20 x 1.75 rim. I bought it it a few years back and decided not to use it. I have spent alot of time buffing out the nicks and scratches. With a little more time it would make a really nice rim. It isn't 100 percent straight but it is very close. I'm not a wheel builder but I have no doubt that when it is mounted it can be made true. Formation Face is a true“V” profile rim. Without any stress points in the sidewall. The uniform triangle shape improves the rim’s lateral stiffness. The simple profile shape also saves weight by reducing the distance between the bead hook and the spoke bed. The Formation Face rim is made using G609 aluminium alloy which is also 30 percent stronger than the 6061 aluminium alloy used in standard rim manufacture. I have a pair of Araya 7c rims with a Sunshine hub laced into the front rim. These rims are in used condition and would be good candidates for a rider build. These are used and do have nicks. Bumps, scuffs, scratches, etc etc etc. These are being sold as restoration projects and may or may not ever look perfect again. One of the rims has been stripped down to the raw aluminum finish and polishing was started. The blue rim with the hub is in original condition and seems to be in a little better shape as front rims usually are. These are Weinmann concave aluminum rims. They are for presta valve tubes. they are used but in good shape.They have not been used much in the last 30 years.I I got these rims in1979 and used them for about 5 years. they were made in Belgium.

Axel is broken you can see the ball bearings can not ride without fixing. Maybe it happened because the bike was left outside. Comes with the nuts and pieces which lock the rim in place. Before axle broke I was riding it on the rode. I was surprised it broke. I don't see the rim being bent or any other defects. Actually the disc rotor may be slightly bent. no returns please.

Selling a pair of used Stan's 29er rims. The person I bought these from told me they were debadged Stan's Flow rims. He had swapped his Chris King hubs to Arch rims to save a little weight. I am not 100% sure these are Flow rims but the person I bought these from knew a lot about bikes. The rims have 32 holes and measure about 22 mm inner rim width and 27 mm outer rim width. 1 pair of used Industry Nine rims from the i25 wheelset. These rims are the HED Ardennes/ Belgium rim rebranded by Industry Nine(decals are removable)These rims are great as they create a wide tire profile and allow for lower tire pressures to be used. These were used for training and have less than 1000 miles on them. I rebuilt my i25 wheelset with some Stan's rims so these need to be laced to some hubs. Up for auction is a set of wheels that defy all the laws of physics. And does so without any apologies! They are none other than the hyper high end Campagnolo Shamal Ultra 2-way Fit! they are setup for Shimano cassettes at the moment. But you can switch out the freehub body for a Campy with no problem. Where do I even start with these wheels? They excel in every category and have set the benchmark at unreachable marks for its competition. First off they utilize the latest of Road Tubeless technology which provides a far superior ride than tradition clinchers yet are easier to install and maintain than tubulars…literally the best of both worlds! The wheels have been used for two seasons and if I had to guess of total mileage I would say around 2500-3000 miles. This does not mean the wheels are worn out by any means. But they are used. So, expect some scratches on the decals, some marks on the skewers, and a little brake wear. When you pull up to your group ride, your ridding buddies wont know you didnt pay $1649 for this wheelset. Used set of handbuilt Campagnolo wheels. These are 32 hole Campagnolo Omega Strada Hardox rims in a aero profile. Campagnolo no longer makes these rims. They feature double butted spokes with Campagnolo Record hubs front and rear. They are a great training wheelset or just buy them for their classic look and great performance. You can see in one of the pics some brake track wear where the anodization has worn off. Both rims have this. But on both rims the oposite side does not show wear. They DO NOT come with the tires. Cassette, lockring or skewers.

This listing is for a pair of Super Champion Mixte Rims. They were NOS when I got them several years ago. I did lace them once and they've been ridden once. These are very unusual and rare. The idea was that they could be used with some tubular adhesive or better still tubular rim tape and ridden throughout the spring and summer. Then when things got a little more inclement. You could put a rim strip over the eyelets and mount clinchers for the winter. They are a bit beefy and have 36h so they may be well suited for an urban environment where you want some style and something different when discussing equipment at your favorite bistro or when taking on those less well lit alley cat byways. I was able to mount folding clinchers on them but would probably stick with wired clinchers. I never ... moremounted tubular/sew ups. While waiting for a warranty replacement I built up a fresh set of Open Pro CD's because I love these rims! No need for these any more. Used for about 1.000 miles. Each of these rims is damaged. The 32-hole Open Pro was in a crash. It was badly out of true. Spokes were carefully unlaced; none was broken in crash. It does not lie flat- it's probably 1 cm off. The HED Alps rim has both structural alloy and carbon. Its hub flange broke. And there were tiny cracks in the carbon near the spoke holes where the spokes were sent loose. I sanded where the cracks were and did not see any cracks in the second layer of carbon. 24 hole rim. I'm including a sheet of carbon fiber cloth. Enjoy whatever project you dream up. Here is a really nice single FIR rim made in Italy. It is new and has never been laced. It has double eyelets that are tight. The joint is tight as well. It is almost indistiguishable from a Mavic MA40 in appearance. Same color and profile. The only differences I can determine are that it is 1mm narrower and 30 grams heavier. pair of MATRIX ISO C-II clincher road rims. Size 700c, both 28 holes. These are used rims which I bought for a project built I never completed so its time to pass on to someone else who can use them. They are round and flat, should build up nicely. You can see some wear on the brake tracks but I think they still have much life left. They average about 420 grams each and have a semi-aero profile. Welcome! Up for bidding is a 20 inch bmx style front rim. Seems to spin without issues. Dont see any visible bent spokes. Not sure what kind of bike this came off of. Mavic GL330 rims. Previously used. For singles and tubular tyres. One is 32 hole. One is 36 hole. No major damage. The glue has been removed. A little bit of rust on the backside of the eyelets, but the front of the eyelets are clean. A couple of little chips and scratches in the finish. They seem to be true, they lay flat on the floor without gaps, but I haven't spoked them up. Not bad for the age.
