I’m Phil. As a Personal Trainer my main goal
is to help you reach your goals. With my knowledge and your
determination we'll have you in the best shape of your life.
I've competed all over the country representing England in the 200m
and 400m, so being an athlete myself, I know what it takes and how hard
it can be to stay motivated.
Whether it's fat loss, building muscle mass or cardiovascular
fitness, together as a team we'll develop your true ability and smash
your desired goals.
