this engine has been completely gone through. it is used but the previous owners I believe raced this engine and somehow had ran it on alcohol. governor was missing rings were burnt out. Exhaust valve was burnt. I replaced the piston rings and got a different head for it. the pull start was sprung I replaced the pull start with a after market very nice pull start just a different color. gas tank has some small dings and scratches engine runs very good, all gaskets have been replaced with new. this engine runs strong and very good. I also put the governor back in it. it is missing the low oil shut off so you will need to check the oil every once in a while but we should do that anyway. shaft size is 3/4 in dia, tapped for a bolt, 2 and 3/8 inches long. engine is great for go karts mini bikes,tillers, ... morepumps, log splitters, very universal.

This offering is for a pair of unmatched DWT Q+ 6 Inch aluminum racing wheels. I got these wheels with an older Margay kart I am going to restore. I won't need these newer style wheels for the restoration. From what I understand. these wheels are used more for oval or dirt track racing. Being an older kart racer from the 70's. I am not familiar with the newer equipment now a days! I am sure you up to date karters know what you need. The narrower wheel is a part number 746-01. 6.5 inch total width with 4 inch and 2.5 inch offsets. I searched the other wider wheel and came up with the original part number of 746-02. 8.25 inch total width with 5.25 inch and 3 inch offsets. Both are in nice shape with just the normal wear and tear scratches you would expect from a racing part. There is ... moreone slight ding on the outer rim of the wider wheel. but would not affect its usefulness. Engraved on the inner and outer halves of the narrow wheel are the words"Rich O" or"Rub O" but again. this would not affect their performance or usefulness. Thinning out another one of my personal toys. This is a nice looking. Nice riding, no smoke, smooth, tried and tested 1971 Rupp Black Widow replica minibike. It does not have the correct Rupp HS40{3 inch ball bearing crank} but it does have a smooth, period correct HS40 with a 2 1/4 inch long crank. The shroud on the engine is very nice and the head fins are too. It has fresh paint and decals with the correct Dellorto ua19s with correct internals for a Black Widow. Easy starting with no wierd engine noise. The frame has been sanded and painted and is straight with both the front and rear suspension working properly. The tank has been painted and new decals and striping and it does not leak anywhere nor does it seep from the cap when trail riding and the petcock is new.The tank is pretty clean ... moreon the inside with just small patches of light rust that will come out easily.The seat is the optional white seat offered by Rupp and is the correct heat-seamed material, with a new rear correct reflector. New peg rubbers and left grip. New cables,and kill switch,new TC-1 cover and decals,New chrome correct straight exhaust and hanger, new chain and new Optional Lift Bar. Bike has the original chrome chain guard. Rear wheel is a 28 spoke with an original Rupp Motocross tire and has some chrome that has flaked off, front wheel is a 24 spoke wheel with much better chrome and a Rupp Motocross tire which has some cracking, but both tires hold air and the wheels roll pretty true to provide a nice smooth ride on or off trail. Rear fender has had a couple of repairs but still has a nice curve to it. I installed an aftermarket symmetrical comet clutch on it because I think that they pull much harder making acceleration a bit better. Bike has the original driven rear clutch assembly on it. This is not the bike for that real pureist that wants a true blue off the factory line BW, but it will run as well and perform and look as good as any out there. I will disassemble and ship in 3 boxes to the lower 48 states for 135.00.

For auction is an old carb from a Briggs 80232 engine. The inside of the tank looks clean. The breather return tube will need a new rubber elbow and it looks like the handle on the choke was replaced with a screw. The engine had a bad bore so I scrapped it out. A vintage Rupp. Hustler mini bike, looks to be all complete exept for the engine. I do not have the engine for it. I believe it would originally had a 3.5 to 5 H.P. Tecumseh engine on it. It is in very good condition for its age, There is a small dent on both sides of the gas tank that you can see in the picture. It has the Torque amplifier on it and the chain and all of the other parts apear to all be there. The seat does need the foam and cover, It can be purchased here on ebay. Up for auction is my 1970 Rupp Scrambler. The bike is really cool looking. Fun to ride, and gets many compliments. The bike has many NEW parts including: Seat Cover· Torque Converter/Belt/and Cover· Brake and Throttle Handles and Cables· Tire Tubes and Rear Tire· Chain Although a lot of time was spent making the bike look as original as possible. I did not have parts re-chromed as the cost to do so would outweigh the benefit(at least for me) With that said. The wheels, handlebars, and front forks were painted an aluminum color. The engine is a 4 HP Tecumseh which starts right up and has good torque. It is not original to the bike but is period correct. I also have the original exhaust pipe for the bike but it is not installed. The bracket that mounts exhaust pipe to the ... moreframe was broken and needs to be welded. In addition. I have a chain guard from a 1971-1973 Rupp which with a minor modification can bolt right onto the bike. Up for auction is a nice looking. Pretty clean Rupp Gas tank that will fit 70-up Rupp mini"s. New Enduro decals which are correct reproductions. The tank has just a few little small dings and it does not leak and is overall a nice rider tank that has been painted in the past. The petcock is original and may or may not need to be replaced. Gas cap is original with the OEM seal that is in good shape. Needs a good home and someone to put it to good use. I parted out most of the bike and dont have a use for it anymore. Will ship to lower 48 states.

This is a metal casing for a two disk clutch! It has alot of signs of wear. Slots are dinged up from the floating disks. It looks to be for a horseman but not 100% positive so its pretty much a guess if your interested!

For sale is my Clinton 3.5HP Horizontal engine. This is a model 404 Clinton manufactured in the mid to late 60's. It has a 5/8" x 2 5/16" keyed shaft perfect for a clutch. Clinton engines came on vintage mini-bikes such as Bonanza. Fox, and Cheeftah(see photos) The engine runs good with the vintage Walbro adjustable carburetor. The carb was completely disassembled and cleaned in an ultrasonic machine. It was completely rebuilt with Clinton OEM parts. This carb has both high and low speed adjustments and manual choke. A new spark plug and fuel line were also installed. Although the wrap around shroud piece is not original(ca m e off another Clinton) The engine is complete and ready to run. This engine is in good running condition(as can be seen in the video below) and is being ... moresold in the exact condition(as represented in the photos) Please be advised. I had them blasted to clean them up. there is hardly a ding or dent on these wheels. very nice. just a couple of very small dings around the lip were the wheel bearings are inserted.and a very small ding near one of the"A"s' in the MARGAY lettering. This offering is for a pair of used Margay Series 24 Rear Wheel Hubs. I have accumulated some vintage kart parts in the past year in hopes of doing some kart restoring. but I have changed the direction of my hobbies and will now be parting out this collection of parts. These hubs are in decent shape for their age. I have had them blasted to clean them up. before blasting. I flat filed one of the hubs inside bosses where most people hammer off the hubs if they are stuck on the axle. I tried to minimize the hammer marks by using a flat file to smooth out the hammer marks. not perfect. but improves the look. The other hub has a couple of small dings. The internal bores look good and were not blasted to save the integrity of the hub. the keyways are nice and show no signs of the hubs being loose ... moreand messing up the hub ID's. This offering is for a used right hand(clockwise) kart engine starter. I got this starter when I purchased a used kart from California that I planned to restore. My plans have changed. So I am parting out all the stuff I have accumulated in the last year. The starter came with a battery. and the starter functioned as I got it. I have since gotten rid of the battery. this starter was a little tired looking. so I took it totally apart, cleaned everything up. painted the electric motor, got rid of all the corrosion that was getting into the aluminum.and reassembled. cleaned up and shrink wrapped the battery cables. The one way bearings in the starter drive were messed up so I replace them with new. The aluminum framework is not perfect. there are some signs of corrosion pits and dents and dings. ... moreNot perfect or like new. but functional. I don't know the manufacturer of the starter. but the kart that the starter came with was a 1982 Margay Expert with a Yamaha KT100. normal clockwise starter rotation. This offering is for a vintage Margay Fuel Tank Assembly. Original part number 521-6 is molded into the tank. It comes with original fuel valve and fuel cap. Its in pretty good shape for its age. it has the typical staining you would find in one of these older plastic tanks. the mounting ears are all good. no cracks or splits. I wired wheeled the cap up to clean off the surface rust. but there is still some stains on it.and the fuel valve looks good. but looks 30 plus years old. But it does function properly. I resealed the valve with thread tape. Its hard to make these tanks look like new. and you can still buy these new.but this is a nice"survivor" tank. This offering is for a Margay Kart seat cover. This upholstery came with a 1982 Margay Expert kart I purchased from California for a restoration project. Its pretty beat and has been taped up.but it is usable.or maybe it could be used for a template for making a new one for a restoration. You can see in the one pic. on the back of the seat. the word"Pro" is just visible.Maybe this came off a Pro X Kart? not sure. I don't know if this seat cover was original to the Expert kart it came with. This is a pretty large seat cover. the bottom seam where you butt hits is 12" wide and the widest part at the bottom were your legs protrude is about 19" wide.This is an adult seat cover for sure. This offering is for a used Margay Panther X front bumper. This bumper came from a kart I purchased for restoration from Myrtle Beach. Chassis number X4848. This bumper is in pretty tough shape if it's to be used on a restoration. When I got it was painted with that terrible silver paint. I removed some of the paint with acetone. and revealed that it may also have been painted black under the silver! Under the black is some tired chrome.this bumper is pretty beat up. but is totally usable.The narrower mounting tubes are on a 9.75" center line. And mount to the.560" mounting pins welded to the front axle frame member. The longer, upper mounting tubes bolt to the frame mounting tabs that are 18.75" wide. Welded to the lower mounting tubes are the forward pedal bushings. There ... moreare dents& dings all over this piece and on the upper mounting bar it look like someone had welded some kind of tabs to the top of the bumper. then they were removed and ground off the old welding. the bottom of the lower tubes have the typical road rash scrapes. The bumper was hit dead center between the number panel mounting tabs and there is about a 1/4" bow in the tube. Thus. the rear mounting upper tubes are slightly splayed out. but it will bolt onto the kart without much trouble. You would be hard pressed to get this into restoration condition but if you just need a usable bumper for your old Panther X this is the one. call this a"survivor" part!
