I was like everyone else started as a gym member, but I didn’t
know where to start, how to train and eat properly, not seeing result and got
demotivated. However I never let the negativity doubt myself, I used it as the
driving force and grew through them instead. I began to understand gradually
what my body needed, structuring my own fitness routine in the most effective
way to make steady progression, disciplining myself and training consistently.
Confidently day-by-day I have proved myself what I am really capable of.
Challenge after challenge just make the passion about
fitness and health within me get even stronger and stronger so I decided to
turn my passion into my career. Now as a qualified personal trainer, I am ready
to promote healthy lifestyle and help others to achieve their fitness goals.
