Having played football at Semi Professional level and a regular gym goer from a young age, being active and fit were always my main interests. After University pursuing a career in IT, it wasn’t long until a career change was calling.
Qualifying as Personal Trainer in 2008, I decided to take my new skill to Australia. Working as a Personal Trainer for over 8 years I’ve developed a successful track record evaluating client’s physical fitness, understanding their needs, physiological limitations and their psychological behaviours to devise a tailored programme of meeting their goals. With over 8 years’ experience that can be backed with testimonies, I continue to upskill myself by attending fitness expos, seminars, attaining CPD qualifications, collaborative work with other fitness professionals and of course my favourite to self-research all aspects fitness related.
Away from work I’m an avid practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai Kickboxing. Also adopting an interest for Australian Rugby league. Aside the sporting aspects I truly enjoy travelling different countries to experience their cultural customs and ways of life. Places steeped in rich and interesting history appeal to me as this broadens my understanding and knowledge of the world. Living in Australia for I turned my passion to.
