Fitness and anatomy have always interested me. I have a background in Osteopathy, Physiotherapy and now Sports Massage/Bodyworks. I have expertise in lower back or neck pain; musculoskeletal injury, muscle rehabilitation and those general aches. When designing your fitness programmes this knowledge will always be at the back of my mind.
I have knowledge in body biomechanics of muscles and help you visualise how they are exercising to give you a full, effective total body work out.
