As a young female I've always been worried
about my figure, never feeling good enough with the pressure imposed on
us to look ‘perfect’. I have a background in dance and was under a
substantial amount of pressure to be in peak physical condition,
constantly being put down for those extra few pounds I was carrying.
Because of this, exercise became essential in my everyday routine. I
fell in love with fitness and began to feel incredible about my body
(something I never thought I’d say). Over the years I've built up my
knowledge of health and fitness and taken my skills to the next level to
qualify in Personal Training.
My clients benefit from dedicated one-to-one sessions, with full
workout plans and nutritional advice with tasty recipes, allowing them
to focus on one thing – their results. I fully believe that we can all
achieve so much more in body and mind when we step out of our comfort
zone.
