Got these to try another wheelset on my FGFS. Used them for 1 ride(about 10 miles) and decided to stick to the original set. Adapters have minor marks from being installed but really are good as new otherwise. Have a frame or fork with 14mm drop outs yet your wheel has a 3/8" axle? For sale is a vintage Phil Wood front hub with 36 holes. It is in great condition with no rust or play. And it rolls smooth, but it doesn't quite have the buttery smoothness to be expected on a phil wood hub. Though the pictures make this hub look orange. It is in fact a nice light red anodized Ritchey WCS front hub. I was probably a bit deeper red, but has faded a little. 24 holes for making that extra light wheel you've always wanted for your road bike. The skewer is a bit scratched up on the lever side, but very few scratches on the hub itself. Bearing action is still smooth as butter- no play. I'm selling a DT Swiss 240s front hub(6-bolt disc. 9mm axle) This version specifically accommodates the 9mm QR or 9mm TA axles- please note that it isn't convertible to 15 or 20mm axles. I just got around to building up the hub last summer. And only got a handful of rides on the wheel before changing to a new bike that uses a different axle(15mm) It probably has 75 miles of use, tops, and this limited mileage is obvious when you spin the bearings(they feel unused) The most noticeable blemish is a small flake in the sticker, pictured in the last photo.
