SIGN UP AND CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT
If you don’t have a Trainers4me account yet, and you want to become part of our team of Trainers, just follow the simple steps below and create your profile by clicking on the blue ‘For Trainers’ button.
Choose between three options to create your account:

• E-mail address
• G+ account
• Facebook account

Signing up and creating a Trainers4me account is completely free.
Your password must be no shorter than 6 characters and can include uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers, but it must not contain special characters ($, #, *…).
After signing up, you will receive an activation e-mail with a link to your account.
You are now ready to start working on your profile! It really couldn’t be easier.

1. SPORTS TRAINERS (My Sports)

Choose the sport you would like to offer from the provided list or, if your sport does not appear, select the ‘Other sports’ option and begin by entering your data.
In order to complete your account, you will have to provide essential data (which is marked with an asterisk (*)). It’s up to you how much more you choose to write, however, remember that an attractive profile will increase your chances of being booked. Have you thought, for instance, about adding a photo?

Information 

• Name – Enter your first and last name.
• Biography – Give us a one sentence summary of your experience.
• Teaching Levels – Mark one or more athletic skill level you are comfortable teaching so that your clients can improve their performance.
• Age Groups – Mark one or more age groups.
• Years Teaching – Enter the number of years of experience you have as a Trainer.
• Years Active in the Sport – Enter the number of years you have played the selected sport(s).
• Certifications – List your certifications, degrees and other achievements gained as a personal Trainer or Coach.
• Facility/Equipment Costs – This is dependent upon the sport. If you have to use a sports hall or other venue to train your clients, you must state if the facility costs are included or not.
• Languages – Mark one or more languages you speak.
• Are you willing to travel – Select Yes or No.

I teach at school or club – You can list a school or club you teach in.
School or club – List the name of the school or club you are affiliated with.

Images / Upload images:

Clients are more likely to choose a Trainer with a great profile picture. You can upload your profile picture simply by choosing one from your computer or by uploading it from a URL. Please do not submit logos or other images.

Contact Details:

Enter your address and phone number.

Training Location:

Enter your Training Location (Street, City).

2. PRICES & AVAILABILITY

• Enter your Private Lesson Rates
• Enter your Group Lesson Rates
• Enter your Weekly Availability

3. PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION

You can choose between:

• No Cancellation Policy
• Standard Cancellation Policy
• Customised Cancellation Policy (you can enter your details)

For further information on each cancellation policy, please consult the ‘Guidelines and Cancellations’ information by clicking on the ‘Help Center’ page.  

You can edit your prices at any time once you are signed in. After that, go to Account / My Sports and choose your selected sport. You can change the prices under 'Prices & Availability' (Step 2 under your selected sport). When setting your prices, you can select your preferred currency. Once you enter your price for a single lesson, the system then automatically suggests discounted prices for sets of two, five and ten lessons. You are of course free to edit those as you please.

Yes, of course. If you want to offer Group Lessons, you can enter them at any time once you are signed in. Go to Account/My Sports and choose your selected sport. Please note, when setting prices for Group Lessons, the prices are per group, not per person. The group size can be up to six people.

It is important to choose carefully when selecting your profile picture, since clients are more likely to pick a Trainer with a great profile picture. You can change your profile picture(s) once you are signed in. Under My Sports, choose your selected sport and go select Pictures. You can upload your profile picture simply by choosing one from your computer or by uploading it from an URL. Please do not upload logos or other images. The recommended photo resolution is 900x900 pixels. You can upload up to 5 pictures. To set one of your pictures as your cover photo, click on the icon on the top right corner of the selected photo. To delete a profile picture, click on the icon on the top right corner of the selected picture.

Yes, of course. If you want to offer Video Lessons, you can add them at any time once you are signed in. Just go to My Sports/Online Trainers, click Add to enter all the necessary data and you're ready to offer training to clients across the globe.

Combining advanced technology with our sports professionals, you can be sure our online lessons will meet your sports training needs. Online video lessons are led by highly professional, qualified sports trainers from across the globe. You can now meet your trainer through our powerful video software and take your lessons from the comfort of your home, hotel room or even office. To book online lessons, just sign in, pick a Trainer that offers online lessons, send them a request and you're ready to enjoy sports anywhere anytime!

No Cancellation Policy:

If a Member at any time cancels an already booked lesson, they are not entitled to any refund. 

Standard Cancellation Policy:

If a Member cancels a booked lesson up to 5 days before the date of lesson, the Member is entitled to a 96% reimbursement of the payment (4% of the amount paid is held as payment for any bank charges incurred). If a Member cancels a booked lesson up to 2 days before the date of lesson, the Member is entitled to a 50% reimbursement of the payment (50% of the amount paid is paid to the Trainer).

Customised Cancellation Policy:

A Trainer can create a customised cancellation policy according to their needs.

The Money Back Guarantee protects our Members in case their Trainer doesn't show up for an already paid lesson. If a Trainer cancels a booked lesson at any time, the Member is entitled to a full refund. To learn more about cancellations, see Cancellation Policy.

• Supported browsers: Mozila Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome.
• Video resolutions — browsers: 1280 x 720, 640 x 480, 320 x 240.
• Bandwidth: Video: 300 kbps per stream (recommended lowest level).
• Audio: 50 kbps per stream (recommended lowest level).
• If you are far away from the computer, put your sound volume to maximum.

Once you book online video lessons, you can see them under My Online Video Lessons section of your profile. To start your booked online lesson, click the 'Connect' button and the online video lesson page appears. After that, allow the site to use your camera and microphone and you're ready to start your online lesson.
