Unfortunately. I dont have too much info on this headset. It came on an EC90 Fork I purchase, but i had my own headset. I believe it was on a Cervelo, as that was the top cap that came with it. Used Tange Chromoly Steel Threaded Headset.1" JIS Dimensions Thank you for your interest in this item and please visit our store for other offerings. We have very reasonable shipping terms and combine orders to save money(for customers) on shipping costs. We also maintain customer friendly return/refund/exchange policies. Product Description: This is offering is for a used Tange chromoly steel threaded headset. We sell new Tange headsets as well. But this one is unlike those newer units. More specifically, the top race is an older design.that appears to"cup" the bearings from the top and bottom.which probably also explains why this unit is heavier at about 160 grams(relative to some of the newer Tange headset models on today's market) It's an all hardened(chromoly) steel ... moreunit and has a look/feel of something that is fairly durable/serviceable. The races are surprisingly clean for what is probably a 30+ year old headset. Except for some visible wear on the crown race. More specifically, the crown race finish is beginning to wear/flake-off.but I do not see any pitting or dents/dimples. Please note we've also taken close-up pictures of all the races to supplement this description. In terms of sizing. This headset has JIS dimensions for a 25.4 mm steerer opening, which means it is compatible with a 1" threaded fork(24 threads per inch) and a stem with a steerer diameter of 22.2 mm(or 7/8" More specifically, the crown race inside diameter is 27 mm and the frame cup outside diameter(or said another way.the outside diameter of the head race sections that press into the head tube) is 30 mm. The stack height(and we define stack height as the combined height of all visible headset components after being mounted on the fork and head tube) is a combined 38.0 mm(approximate per our digital calipers) As for condition. This is used. But in good working order. The bearings drag more than stock, but still remain smooth and can be re-lubricated. The black finish on the cups and bearing cap have been faded over time(it's close to the King gun metal finish) and there are scuffs from the cups being pressed in and out. Crown race has marks on the bottom from being removed. Top cap is brand new with no fading and we've thrown in a new starnut. This would make a great addition to a commuter, cyclocross, or vintage mountain bike.

This is a new old stock bicycle headset. Made in Japan by Suntour. With the WTB(Wilderness Trail Bikes) patented Grease Guard System. This headset will fit a 1-inch threaded fork. Since standards varied during the late 80's and early 90's when this was manufactured, here are the some sizing dimensions- Crown race: 26.4mm Cup press fit: 30.2mm Thread ID: 1 inch x 24T The parts are stamped with these dimensions. The box is marked"ITALIAN, but these are not true old school Italian dimensions. The International Standards Organization(ISO) calls this a Professional Standard. This headset is complete with all seals, O-rings, etc. Bearings are still sealed in original bag. Up for auction is a LOOK 595 Headset Head Fit 1 Assembly. It is the model with the circlip. The Look 595 fork from which it was taken is being sold separately. Combined with the fork you would have the complete front end assembly except the top cap. Headset is in very good condition. The bearing are smooth and. Prior to disassembly, provided a tight fit and precision steering. What you see is what you get. No returns unless the item is grossly mischaracterized- which it isn't. Cane Creek 110 headset for using a tapered(1.5 to 1.125" fork in a straight 1.5(49mm) headtube. Top cup is zero stack(ZS49) Bottom cup is external(EC49) Anodized Red. 130 grams on my scale including top cap and bolt(very, very light for tapered headset, lighter than a Chris King) Stack height is also the lowest I know of with an external cup, a few mm lower than King's Inset 5(the King equivalent) Cane Creek's top of the line headset. Made in Fletcher, NC by guys and gals who ride(I used to live nearby and run into them on the trail) Impeccable quality, and a 110 year warranty to back it up. This 110 is used but in very good condition. Some small marks from insertion and removal. But these are invisible when installed.
