This battery was purchased about six months ago. I m selling it because with my current leg injury I m not doing a lot of cycling at all. Ping lifepo4 v2.5 36v15ah battery. The battery performs great. I get about 50km ride from it and it charges in 3 hours with the included 5 amp ping quick charger. I took the pack out of its blue wrapping because there was a cardboard type component too it that I didn't like. I just gorilla taped it and that seems stronger. The only issue has been one stubborn led that never lights up at charge. 11 light up and 1 does not. I ve checked the voltage of this pack and it is definitely taking a full healthy charge and never causes a fuss in any weather. I ve been in touch with Li Ping and he reckoned it meant that the one non lit cell has a slightly higher ... morecharge capacity and therefore the charger is not able to trip the led for some reason due to this higher capacity cell light not being tripped by the charger. Something like that. He didn't think it would affect the pack. I was a bit concerned that if a cell was dead it would drag the total voltage of the pack down but the cell seems to work great and Regardless I have been using it without incident and in my opinion a used one of these is probably still better than a new one of some other brand. Li Ping has been a legend when it comes customer service. I ve cycled it about 30 times and during this initial breakin period I've never taken it all the way to low voltage cutout. I have a like new 48V 10Ah LiMn battery pack with 5C Samsung cells. And matching 3A aluminum charger. It also includes the lockable bike rack so you can slide and lock the battery into place so no one can take it. This battery was charged 1-2 times and remember getting over 15 miles during the charge. Mint condition, includes keys all stock connections(never cut or stripped) Great deal. I was planning on commuting to work with an electric bike I made, but they moved headquarters and never used it. Warranty is still intact as well. This auction is for a 700c/29" Magic Pie 3 rear wheel electric motor. Will work with an internal controller from the original manufacturer but also can be rigged to an external brushless 24v-48v controller. This hub is fitted for disc brakes. I have a threaded cassette that I can throw on for free and also have the spokes and rim for a 26" that can be swapped on but you'll want to balance it yourself. Enjoyed biking to work at 30mph with this but I fried the original controller using a bad light hookup and have since upgraded. You will need a controller. Battery and throttle to get this going.

If you only want the core. I can disassemble it and send you the core only so you can save on shipping. The motor is designed for 24V. But the speed is a little slow at about 15MPH. Where it really shines is at 36V, where it will run at 20-22mph on the flats. You need to keep an eye on the power you're using, however, when climbing hills etc. It is possible to overheat it. The motor is equipped from the factory with a thermal switch. There are a ton of inexpensive Chinese controllers on the market that will run this motor. My husband had his bike dealer add this Electric Bike Factory motor to a recumbent trike he owned. The price of the motor was over $500. He used it less than a dozen times and then poor health forced him to stop riding. We recently sold the trike. But the buyer did not want it with the motor. The bike dealer removed it for us. I know the motor is working. Because I charged it before I put the trike up for sale and it was working perfectly. Unfortunately, we can't find any of the paperwork for the motor, but all of the parts are there.
