I've had a strong interest in the sports and fitness field since my
school days. I'm now looking to continue that. Moving forwards I aim to
incorporate new ideas and training regimes to keep myself and you guys
in front of an ever changing environment.
To maximise your potential and get the most out of your time with me,
I will adapt your training on a weekly basis. Add to this an
individually tailored progressive resistance and cardio session, with
some nutritional advice in order to reach your goals.
Once your level has been ascertained, the workouts will be designed
to push you and your individual muscle groups to the extreme and beyond
using advanced methods coupled with correct posture analysis in order to
prevent injuries and fully feel the effect of the rep.
