Having been a fitness enthusiast for over 25 years I
decided to turn my passion and hobby into a career.
My approachable personality,combined with my unique motivational style
and desire to get results allow me to get far more out of my clients
than they ever thought possible.
I have worked and trained alongside some of the best in the industry,
utilising all my experience gained to offer my clients a truly life
changing journe, I like to incorporate my other passion boxing into my
sessions as well providing a great and fun way to de stress have fun and
ultimately get you in the shape of your life.

- Cancellations made 5 days before Lesson Date will be fully refunded except for a service fee of 4%.
- Cancellations made 2 days before Lesson Date will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made at a later date will not be refunded.
