i have been training for three years and can honestly say you can have
your dream body if you never give up trying. As your Personal Trainer
that's where I come in. I won't waste your time and mine by showing you
things that won’t address your problems. Most of the knowledge and my
personalised workouts have been tried and tested so I can tell you it
works. I'm currently am on the verge of doing my first bodybuilding
competition. I live by what I preach which is push yourself and eat
right.
I'm always learning and researching new ways and methods to help
clients reach their goals. Aside from my qualification as a Personal
Trainer, I'm also a DNA Fitness Trainer. This is where your genes/DNA
are scientifically analysed and I'll then advise you on how to train
based on your genetic results. Understanding your genes is like your own
personal map to fitness. As your Personal Trainer I wouldn't only focus
on your body as a whole, we'd also be training your mind. Most people
give up on their fitness goals because the mind isn't right. Remember,
the mind is just like a muscle. The more you exercise it, the stronger
it gets and the more it expands. I want your fitness ambitions to be my
problems.
