It has formed the foundation of my social, academic and working life for
as long as I can remember.
From bootcamp Personal Training to strength and bodyweight exercise, group workouts to one to one sessions.
I've continued to evolve my method of training and dietary advice. I
have a real passion for training and it's probably my most important
trait.
I believe in what I do and I work hard in order for you to come out
of this process happier, more confident, healthier and, more
importantly, with a physique you want.
