Chris has enjoyed sports - football, tennis, hockey, cycling, snowboarding - all his life
but it was only after becoming a dad in 2012 that he decided to get serious about his health.
He set himself a challenge to run 5k and within a year had run a marathon.
His passion for fitness continued to grow until he finally took the plunge and made it his full-time career.
Chris is motivated by helping people achieve their goals, whatever they are.
His patient, personable manner appeals to those who might feel intimidated about setting foot in a gym,
and his tailored programmes use a variety of techniques and equipment making sure they are effective and fun.
