I
was born in Belarus, Minsk city, where I graduated from the State
Pedagogical University (five year programme) with a double major of a
Primary School Teacher and Music Teacher. I've also studied for two
years in State Sport University.
Then I travelled, studied and worked in a number of countries such as
Russia, Japan, UK and Thailand. I've been dancing since the age of four
and have a total of 15 years' experience working as a choreographer,
Personal Trainer and group fitness coach. My motto: “It never gets
easier, you are just getting stronger.”
During the last eight years whilst
working as a Personal Trainer, I've qualified as a Yoga teacher,
Anti-Gravity Yoga teacher, Pole Dance instructor, Spin instructor and I
went back to University to fill a gap in a sport science. I've chosen
Health-Improving Department, which includes injuries prevention
programme, health-improving fitness and minor defects correction such as
scoliosis, OOS and post-traumatic rehabilitation.
The fitness industry is still developing and it's necessary to
develop and grow in order to better satisfy client's needs. Thus,
currently I'm studying Nutritional Therapy at The Institute of Optimum
Nutrition in Richmond. Personally I love body weight and functional
training. Sometimes all you need is your own body as a tool to make you
lean, strong and flexible.
