I have always been passionate about keeping myself fit and healthy, especially to support playing rugby. After going on to complete a degree in Sports Conditioning, I found that I was enthusiastic and passionate about helping other achieve their goals, which I have being doing since qualifying as a Personal Trainer in 2012.
My style of training is fun, efficient and effective. I pride myself on getting to know each client individually and building a rapport with them so I can motivate and inspire them to get the results they want. There isn't a "one style fits all" approach to training and everyone is different, so I take the time to understand what you are wanting and then come up with a plan to get you there.
Since my days playing rugby have finished, I vary my own training sessions around strength, power, speed and conditioning. My expertise lies in fat loss and muscle building, where I have got proven results. I still love using my Sports Conditioning background with those looking to improve their own sporting performance.
