I have 10 years of experience as a group exercise instructor, and 7 years as a personal trainer. I teach my clients strength building techniques like kettlebells, calisthenics, and barbell training because they are proven to build strength and require a high presence of mind to execute well. To me a "Training" session is about developing and improving skills as much as it is about building strength.
