Hello! My name is Gareth. My passion for exercise kick started about 10 years ago, when I
was 15 years old. I started attending Karate and really enjoyed the
mental and physical discipline. I started to recognise myself getting
fitter and healthier with a boost of confidence and motivational drive. I
explored other forms of exercise and martial arts including Muay thai,
MMA, Boxing, Ninjutsu, Tai chi and Sanshou Kickboxing. I started to use
weights and resistance machines and over time began to notice a physical
change.
With advice from a Personal Trainer I continued to gain muscle mass
while keeping a low body fat percentage and ever since I've enjoyed
working out in the gym. Training friends and helping them achieve
similar results motivated me to become a Personal Trainer to help people
achieve their goals and boost their confidence. So whether you want to
